There's an update for Bad Company 2 out today, hopefully it fixes the crashes and connection problems from yesterday.

Changelog:

It’s cleared QA for both non-Steam and Steam.

This is a small update for a bug that was found the same day that we released the previous patch.

Changes:
• Server browser downloads 100 entries instead of 500 in a chunk – this makes the “Cancel” button more responsive
• Fixed crash during server browser refresh
• Low-level networking library switched back to the optimized version (the game client was temporarily running with one that had more debugging logic in it)
• Localization fixes in the scoreboard
• Server browser ping handling code modified

UPDATE: Patch is live as of 2010-03-22 16:13 GMT.

Due to maintenance on the fiber network in my hometown servers will down during day-hours, because of this maintenance I also upgraded the firmware on my network router, which means I have to re-enter routing tables and open ports to the outside again.

 Servers are expected to be back online at 20:00 Hours.

As of today 23:00 hours our COD World at War server is live, we cannot add it to the game monitor just yet.

After Update 1.1 it is no longer needed to provide the server with a serial key, so this means that we could set our server live 2 days prior to European release date.
The name of the server is "[NL] Xtreme-Camping" which runs on 88.159.224.233:28961

The Server will host 32 public slots, So anyone who like me will receive a copy on release day is invited to create some massive multiplayer mayhem on our server.
As soon as Game-Monitor will provide a selection for COD World of War the server will be added on the server list, placed on the right side of our page.

So I hope to see you soon on our COD World At War server.
